Situated only a short walk from the resort facilities, this penthouse apartment is one of the larger apartments on the resort, which offers light and spacious accommodation overlooking the 4th and 8th fairways of the golf course and fantastic panoramic views of the mountains. The Penthouse is just a few steps away from 2 communal pools.

The Penthouse has been furnished with modern furniture including leather sofas. There are 4 single beds making this apartment suitable for a group of golfers.

The property has two good sized bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans (to keep you cool on warm summer nights), radiators, full length mirrors and a built-in safe. Large bathroom with shower, WC, contemporary wash hand basin and bidet. One of the bedrooms and the lounge have patio doors leading out onto a large sun terrace with views over the golf course, there is another terrace leading off the kitchen, which is ideal for morning breakfast!

Large lounge/dining area with leather sofa and chairs, table and 4 chairs (please note there are additional chairs on the terraces to bring in if required!), TV with English Channels, DVD player, CD Player, iPod docking station and a Nintendo Wii.

Large kitchen with ceramic hob, full size double fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The Kitchen is comprehensively equipped with items such as kettle, iron, ironing board, and all the necessary utensils etc.

Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Outside there are sun loungers and patio tables and chairs.

Tennis Rackets available for those of you who are sporty and energetic!

Bicycles available to hire for an extra charge of 20 euros per week.

Golf clubs available to hire..

Air conditioning is available in the living area (for an additional cost). Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. At cooler times of the year the accommodation also benefits from gas central heating. A smoke and carbon monoxide detector has also been fitted within the apartment.

There is an underground private car parking space with lifts from the front door to the penthouse.
